Your Raincap is waterproof and designed to protect you from rain. However, it is not intended for stormy weather, and it is not suitable for showering or swimming.

Yes, let it airdry for a few minutes before storing it back into the pouch.

• Our Raincaps are shipped directly to your home’s mailbox without tracking, keeping shipping costs low.
  You will receive an order confirmation and an email once your package has been sent. After shipment, you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 working days

• We also offer free local pickup at Bouclé Gent.

If you haven't received your raincap in 10 days, then something went wrong. Please e-mail us with your ordernumber so we can follow up your delivery.

We hope you’ll love your Raincap, but if it’s not quite what you expected, we offer a simple return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your Raincap is in its original condition and packaging.

To start your return, email us at hello@raincap.be with your order number so we can process it. You can choose to return your item via regular mail or tracked parcel shipping. Please note that return shipping costs, as well as any loss or damage during the return process, are your responsibility.

Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
